The "Villa 1 or 2 bedrooms" is the privatization of one of our Villa. Available only off season and subject to availability.

Luxurious and spacious individual villa of 90m² or 120m² of high tide foot which can welcome 2 people for the 1 bedroom villa and up to 4 people for the 2 berooms villa.

Villa are equipped with reversible air conditioning, land line phone, plasma / LCD TV with TNT service (with foreign channels) and Wi-Fi cover.

Coiled in a garden of 1000m² with private swimming pool, all the rooms invite you to the outside life.

Full description

The outside
Private pool for each villa with sun beds, a terrace with table, Weber gas grill (cleaned daily) and outdoor shower. Car park. Park view or mountain.
For the safety of your children, some pools can be secured by a fence, others by an alarm (on request before arrival).
For your convenience our pools can be heated to 5°C warmer than the outside temperature (210€/week).
The kitchen « Open space » and the lounge
Fully equipped kitchen and functional open to the living room, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Living room of 50m² with bright table, lounge area with sofas and TV.
The bedrooms
Villa 1 bedroom : 1 bedroom with 1 double or 2 beds 90x200 (convertible into 1 bed in 180x200 at your request)
Villa 2 berdooms : 1 bedroom with 1 double + 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 (convertible into 1 bed in 180x200 at your request)
Each room has its own bathroom with bathtub or shower, a bathroom, a dressing room and a TV. Hair dryer, towels and welcome products in each bathroom.
For the disabled, a room has been designed to facilitate travel by large areas, a bathroom with a large opening and a walk-in shower.
