Directs and controls the work of the chambermaid's team
Goes from villa to villa and controls the state of cleanliness of the villas and supervises their cleaning, the proper functioning of the sanitary and electrical installations
Ensures that nothing is missing in order to guarantee the customer the best comfort.
Is a privileged interlocutor, always available for the hotel guests
Must be in constant contact with the Reception department in order to guarantee customer satisfaction
The proposed job will have a very versatile character, allowing the trainee to discover all the facets of the hosting service !
MISSIONS
Find out about the day's arrivals and the associated special requests or receptions (double or twin beds, VIP reception, baby bed, etc.)
Checking the villas after the maids' work (cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment)
Bringing up the latest "finishing touches"
Manage inventory and supplies (Linen, amenities, cleaning products)
Before the maids leave, check the preparation for the next day.
At the beginning of the week, prepare the maintenance plan for the coming week.
Assist the maids in their work if necessary
Supervise the maintenance and presentation of common areas
Inform the Management of technical malfunctions in the villas
