Yes. The Domaine Villas Mandarine is a private and secure property, equipped with a video surveillance system. A caretaker is also present on the estate, both day and night, to ensure the peace of the residents.
Pools and stays with children
Yes. Heating for the private pool can be requested at an additional cost and must be arranged for the entire duration of the stay.
Depending on the weather conditions, the system generally allows for an increase in water temperature of around 6 to 10 °C above the outside temperature (with a maximum of 31° in summer). Therefore, a precise temperature cannot be guaranteed, especially at the beginning or end of the season.
Yes. All private pools at Villas Mandarine can be secured with a safety barrier.
We invite you to request this before your arrival so that our team can install the barrier in your villa. However, this device does not replace the continuous supervision of children by an adult.
Yes. The Villas Mandarine are perfectly suited for family stays. Each villa has its own garden and private pool, and the estate also offers a games room, a table tennis table, and a petanque court.
Yes. Baby cots, high chairs, baby baths, and safety barriers for the pool can be provided to you free of charge.
Simply request them before your arrival so that we can prepare the villa according to the age of your children.
Services offered during your stay
Yes. A cleaning team comes in every day to your villa, except for the day after your arrival. They take care of the maintenance of the rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, and replace the bath and pool towels daily.
A maintenance crew also comes daily to clean the pool, tend to the garden, and clean the barbecue, so you can make the most of your villa throughout your stay.
Washing the dishes and kitchenware is not included in the usual service but can be requested for an additional fee.
Yes. Bath towels, beach towels, and pool towels are provided in all the villas.
So you do not need to bring your own towels. Bathrobes and slippers are also available in the villas.
Yes. Our concierge service can arrange for your groceries to be delivered directly to your villa, ensuring they are there upon your arrival.
Upon request and subject to availability, we can also organise a chef or home catering service, meal delivery, a birthday cake, a bouquet of flowers, wines and champagnes, babysitting services, or other personalised services. These services may incur an additional charge.
Yes. A continental or upgraded breakfast can be delivered directly to your villa, upon reservation and for an additional fee.
We also offer a daily delivery of bread and pastries. An order form is available in the villa and must be submitted to reception before 5 PM for delivery the following morning.
Yes. Ten electric bikes are available free of charge for guests at Domaine Villas Mandarine, subject to availability.
These are road bikes, suitable for a ride or a leisurely trip around Calvi, and not mountain bikes.
They cannot be reserved in advance. The keys are available at reception. In order for all residents to enjoy them, we kindly ask that you use them on an occasional basis and not keep them for the entire day.
Two child seats, suitable for up to 12 kg, are also available.
The rental includes a helmet, a lock, a reflective vest, and a first aid kit. Bikes are available for those aged 16 and over.
Bikes are accessible from the age of 16.
Yes. Pets are welcome at Villas Mandarine.
Their presence must be mentioned at the time of booking. Owners must ensure that their pet respects the tranquillity, safety, and cleanliness of the estate. The enclosed gardens and walking areas make stays with a pet easier.
Spa and wellness
Yes. Access to the facilities of Spa Villas Mandarine is included for those staying in the villas.
Access is only via reservation at the reception to maintain the peace and comfort of all. The spa is reserved for adults and young people from the age of 16. Massages and treatments are offered separately, at an additional cost.
Yes. A fitness room is available in the wellness area of Domaine Villas Mandarine.
It includes bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, a weight bench, a punch bag, dumbbells, battle ropes, and yoga mats.
Location and Travel
The Domaine Villas Mandarine is located approximately 1 kilometre from Calvi beach and its pine forest.
This proximity allows for a quick access to the sea while enjoying the tranquillity, space, and privacy of a private property set away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront.
The centre of Calvi and the marina are located approximately 3 kilometres from Domaine Villas Mandarine.
Allow about 5 to 10 minutes by car or around 25 minutes on foot to reach the port, depending on your pace and the route taken.
A car is not essential to reach the beach or the centre of Calvi, but it is highly recommended, especially in summer when temperatures are high.
It is also very convenient for grocery shopping, travelling with young children, and freely exploring the villages, beaches, and natural sites of Balagne.
Electric bikes are available free of charge on the premises. Our team can also assist you in arranging car rentals or booking a taxi.
Arrival and conditions of stay
Villas are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you arrive in Calvi before 5 p.m., you can drop off your luggage at reception. You will also be able to change and we will provide beach towels so you can enjoy your day. Our team can also reserve a restaurant for you, a beach with sun loungers, or recommend an activity while you wait for your villa to be ready.
An early arrival in the villa may be offered for an additional fee, upon request and subject to availability.
On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage at reception after 10 a.m., change, and still enjoy your day before heading back on the road or to your flight.
A late departure may also be offered for an additional fee, upon request and subject to availability.
Yes. The minimum stay is generally 3 nights off-season and 7 nights in season.
These conditions may vary depending on the periods and availability. They will be specified at the time of your inquiry or booking.
In July and August, stays are offered by the week, for 7, 14, or 21 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday or Sunday.
