To be considered as firm, any reservation must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price of the rental within 7 days following the offer.

Terms of payment

The 30% deposit must be returned to the lessor within 7 days of booking online.
The balance (70%) of the rental price must be paid 35 days before the handover of the keys. Cheques will not be accepted after 35 days before arrival. The lessor reserves the right to re-let the villa if the balance is not paid within the time limit.

  • Cash : We remind you that the decree 2015-741 of June 24, 2015 limits cash payments to 999€ for French residents and 9999€ for foreign residents. An ID will be requested for all cash payments.

Deposit at your arrival

An amount of 1 200,00 € for the villas 3 and 4 rooms or 2 000,00 € for the villas 6 rooms will be required at the delivery of the keys

Cancellation policy

Cancellation formalities

Any cancellation of the rental by the client must be notified to us by any written means (e-mail or mail).

- From April 1st to June 25th 2021 and from September 6th 2021 to November 15th 2021:

For any cancellation the totality of the deposit paid will be kept by the lessor. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be due to the lessor. Except if the lessor manages to find a tenant at an equivalent rate.

- From June 26 to September 5, 2021:

For any cancellation the totality of the deposit paid will be kept by the lessor. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total stay will be due to the lessor. Except if this one manages to find a tenant at an equivalent rate.

Interruption of the stay

The customer will not be entitled to any compensation or refund if he/she shortens or interrupts his/her stay for any reason whatsoever, including strike, medical repatriation and other cases of force majeure.

Transfer of the contract

The possible transfer of the rental contract can only take place with the written agreement of VILLAS MANDARINE S.A. The assignor and the assignee of the contract will be jointly and severally liable to VILLAS MANDARINE S.A. for the rental price.

Cancellation COVID-19

As no insurance is included in the price of the rental, we advise you to take out a personal "cancellation insurance".
A negative PCR test (less than 72 hours old) is required to return to Corsica. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before your arrival, no refund will be made.
For information : no PCR test is necessary for your return trip, it is only required for entry into Corsica.

General conditions of rental - 2021

Article 1 - Information

The information provided in our brochures or on our website has been carefully checked. In the event of a typing or printing error, our reservation service will inform the tenant of any changes to the description of the service offered.

We draw your attention to the fact that the photos are in no way contractual and cannot engage our responsibility. They must be considered as simple illustrations.

At the time of booking, the tenant must specify the exact number of persons planned for the stay.

Any overrun of the "standard" capacity indicated on the first page, but not exceeding the maximum capacity of the villa, will be subject to a written amendment to this contract and will be invoiced according to the current rate. Beyond the maximum capacity, the excess will be refused.

Outside guests

For the sake of safety and peace of mind for all, all invitations from outside persons must be reported to the reception.
Pets are welcome as long as their presence does not disturb the peace or safety of other residents and respects basic hygiene rules. The owner will take care to maintain the cleanliness of the premises.

Article 2 - Stay

Length of stay

The tenant(s) signing the present contract concluded for a determined period, will not be able to take advantage of any right to maintain in the rented places at the end of their stay. Any occupation exceeding the fixed time limits will give rise to additional invoicing.
The villas are available on the day of arrival from 5:00 pm and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure mentioned in the contract.

State of the premises

The accommodation is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, bedding, sheets and towels. It is expressly forbidden to use the beds without the sheets.

An inventory of fixtures and an inventory are given to the tenant(s) on arrival.

On arrival, the tenant(s) must check the inventory and the state of the premises as well as the proper functioning of the household and sanitary appliances. In high season, the affluence and the lack of time, do not allow the lessor to carry out this control with the tenant(s). Consequently, any breakage, degradation or lack, not noticed by a representative of VILLAS MANDARINE, will have to be reported and put back within 24 hours following the arrival of the tenant. After this period, the tenant's responsibility will be definitively engaged.

Article 3 - Security deposit

A security deposit of 1 200,00 € for the 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms villas and 2 000,00€ for the 6 bedrooms villas will be claim on the arrival day (by cash, check or credit card authorization).

This deposit will not be cashed. If the inventory of fixtures and the inventory of fixtures do not reveal any problem or that no particular cleaning is necessary, provided that no deterioration or hidden degradation has been noticed, it will be returned to the tenant at his departure or within a maximum of ten days after the departure, if the immediate restitution is impossible.

The following conditions will apply:

  • The occupants are deemed to have received the villas in perfect condition and with the furniture listed in the inventory given to them on their arrival.
  • If the inventory of fixtures and the inventory at the end of the rental period present anomalies, the owner and the tenant will have to agree on the amount to be deducted from the security deposit. If the deposit is insufficient to pay the sums due by the tenant, he/she commits himself/herself from now on by signing the present contract to pay the possible overruns. The damaged goods will be re-invoiced at the replacement price without application of the obsolescence.
  • The tenant(s) are obliged at the time of their departure to return the villa in the same state as at the time of his (their) arrival and provided with the integrality of the movable goods appearing on the inventory.
  • Will be considered as missing or damaged, the state of a kitchen and / or dishes not allowing, without special cleaning work, its return to service for the benefit of the next tenant (s). The amount of this cleaning work will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Any lost key will be charged 50 €.
    The tenant(s) is (are) invited to take out civil liability insurance to cover any damage that may be caused.
    The tenant(s) is (are) invited to check with the insurer of his (their) main residence the quality of the "holiday" risk cover incurred as a result of the present contract or with their civil liability insurance. A certificate will be required upon arrival.

Article 4 - Prohibition of loan or sublease

Sublease, loan or changing residents are not permitted, except by express written agreement of the lessor.

Article 5 - Claims

Any possible complaint during the stay must be reported immediately to the landlord so that he can solve the problem as soon as possible. The tenant(s) will not be able to claim any compensation in case an urgent repair has to be done inside the villa. The breakdown of a household appliance or other and the delays sometimes necessary to obtain the intervention of a technician or the supply of a part do not give right to any particular compensation and are to be considered as incidents of the same nature as those which can occur at the personal residence. The VILLAS MANDARINE Sas team will ensure that any incident is resolved within a reasonable time.
Nuisances related to the maintenance of the green spaces of the Domaine Villas Mandarine (outside and inside the rented plots), can in no case be the subject of a claim giving right to compensation. We will however ensure that these tasks are carried out as discreetly as possible.
In the absence of having informed VILLAS MANDARINE S.A. before departure, the stay will be considered as having been carried out correctly and no subsequent complaint can be taken into account

Article 6 - Security, disorder, nuisance, damage

The Domaine Villas Mandarine has set up a video surveillance system of the common areas (entrance, games room, spa, reception). The person in charge of processing is SAS Villas Mandarine. This processing is intended to ensure the security of the domain. This processing is subject to the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the RGPD (General Regulation on Data Protection). It is based on the legitimate interest of the SAS to guarantee this security. The images are viewed by the people responsible for the reception (employees and 1 trainee). The images are automatically deleted after 30 days. You have the possibility to access the images that have not been erased. You have the right to rectification, to limit processing and to object. These rights can be exercised by contacting the person in charge of processing at the following e-mail address: or by telephone at +33 (0)495 444 446. You can file a complaint with the CNIL. The renting of a villa supposes the acceptance of the video surveillance system set up.

Use of swimming pools

It belongs to our customers to take all necessary precautions for the use of these facilities especially if they stay with young children; they are responsible for the supervision despite the provision of security alarm or a fence. It’s not allowed to dive.

Any damage or destruction of furniture of the villas involves automatically the tenant’s responsibility. The tenant is personally responsible for any damage or loss made towards the villa, the Domain or committed by persons who reside with him or visit him.
The tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying in the villa. When a resident causes harm to other guests or to the integrity of the facilities, the stay may interrupt immediately and without compensation, without prejudice to any claims for damages that the Villas Mandarine Sarl and third parties could not argue against him.

Under section 1394 of the French Civil Code: the customer is solely responsible not only for the damage he causes by his own act, but also for that which is caused by the people whom he is responsible, or for all goods (cars, luggage, cameras, jewellery, silver, etc) in its supervision. He will therefore take the necessary measures for them. Each villa has a safe with secret code within all objects and other valuables should be deposited. In any case, the lessor is not responsible for theft of personal effects in houses, on the park or in public areas.

Article 7 - Complaint and application law

This lease is governed by French law, the Courts of the jurisdiction in which the lessors is registered as sole jurisdiction.

Article 8 - Personnal data

Apart from video images (see article 7), the personal data of the customers are collected (address, means of payment, consumption...) The customers' email address can be used to send proposals for renting villas for certain periods or at certain specific rates. This processing is subject to the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the RGPD. The person in charge of processing is SAS Villas Mandarine. The processing is intended to enable rental management, it is based on the legitimate interest of the SAS. The data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 5 years afterwards. You have the possibility to access the processed data
