The Fischermans shack is a recent adress created by Céline and her husband Jérôme about a simple idea : eat well and local. Jerôme is a fisherman and brings its everydays catch to the kitchen to create delicious ceviche and other fish bases meal. Fruits and vegetables are also locally grown from the valley next door. Another plus is that the dishes are compostable. A whole circle or use and reuse, straight on the beach of Galeria.
Our favorite : every meal with lobster in it ! spring roll or club sandwich, equally.
